Acceptable, but some issues during stay

loud musicearly noise
The noise one night was terrible. I stayed in a room above a bar (not ideal). I didn't sleep well because of loud music and shouting until late. Then bin men came early the next morning. It was frustrating.

the location was superb. i could easily explore the surroundings. the apartment was also very clean, with all the necessary homeware. the staff were friendly and helpful!!!
the sofa bed was not very comfortable. finding the light switches was not intuitive at all. dealing with the tv was a bit of a hassle, sadly. i had to log in to youtube every time i turned it on

The location was very central. On-site parking was available, which i valued. The staff at reception were friendly (and efficient).
The entrance was not convenient when i had luggage. The washing machine looked quite old. Its door button jammed often. (It was annoying to use it!)

The staff provided really good assistance, their attentiveness greatly enhanced my time there. i received an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, complete with two bathrooms at no extra cost. the kitchen had every utensil and plenty of crockery. A perfect space for culinary adventures. each room felt warm and inviting. A true comfort after long days.
a minor hiccup involved some noise from a neighboring apartment, but it was quickly addressed.

The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated that. My apartment was clean and spacious. It was perfect for my visit with young kids.
The net curtains in the living room had multiple stains. They were filthy! The fridge door seemed like it had not been cleaned. I think it was just skimmed over quickly.
